Quick answers

  • Sign in with GoogleThe account your firm invited
  • Export any timeSettings › Your data, for the owner
  • A person answerscaleb@lantingdigital.com

Getting in

  • Signing in

Open my.clientledgr.app or the LedgR app and tap Continue with Google. Use the Google account your firm’s owner invited; LedgR gets only your name, email address and picture from Google.

  • “You haven’t been invited”

LedgR is invite-only, so a Google account no firm has invited can’t see anything. Sign out, then sign in with the address your owner invited, or ask the owner to invite the one you use.

  • Your team

The owner invites people in Settings › Team, chooses what each assistant may do, and removes anyone who leaves; their access ends at once.

Connections

  • Gmail and Google Voice

Settings › Connections › Gmail. Email with your clients, and Google Voice texts and voicemails, land on each client’s page every few minutes. Only what’s with your clients is kept. Disconnect from the same place at any time.

  • Texts from your iPhone

Settings › Connections › Texts from your cell. Install LedgR Helper on a Mac signed in to Messages, type the code LedgR shows, and give the helper Full Disk Access when the Mac asks. Texts with your clients are filed; nothing else leaves the Mac.

  • Call recordings

Record the call on your iPhone (Notes or Voice Memos, with the client’s consent), tap Share, then LedgR. LedgR turns it into text on the phone, and you choose the client and save it as a call log. The recording itself never leaves your iPhone.

Your data and account

  • Exporting

The owner can export everything from Settings › Your data, any time: clients, notes, follow-ups, tasks, the pipeline, the activity log and the team, as JSON plus a spreadsheet file for each.

  • Deleting your account

Settings › Your account › Delete my account. An assistant leaves the firm and their sign-in is deleted; what they wrote stays on the firm’s records. If you are the firm’s only owner, it closes the firm, after you type its name. The privacy policy says what is kept, and for how long.

  • Billing

The owner manages billing on the web at my.clientledgr.app, in Settings › Billing: the card, invoices and cancelling, on Stripe’s own pages. Prices are on the pricing page, and the terms cover payment and cancelling. For anything about your bill, write to caleb@lantingdigital.com.
